How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average delivery times range from 4 to 7 working days, and for some products we can deliver in less than a week. To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers, with no intermediaries. This enables us to offer you very competitive prices compared to what you would find in a physical store.
We ship in Europe for the moment and not worldwide

Who delivers my parcel and what are the delivery times?
Your parcel will be delivered via your local post office, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
What if there's nobody home?
Don't worry, your items will be delivered to your letterbox if they are small enough. If not, the parcel will be dropped off at your local post office, where you can collect it.
I've entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your details. Furthermore, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, once an order has left our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
My order is missing some items. Where are they?
We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different parcels and they will arrive in different timescales (some faster, some slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent to you in a single parcel.
How do I apply my promotional code?
Once you have done this, confirm your selection by clicking on “Payment”. The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of this offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount.Example: There's a promotion available on the site “Buy product A, get product B free” with the code “PROMO”. I select product A and product B from a predefined selection of items. Both items are in my shopping cart and I can click on the “Checkout” button and enter my “PROMO” code in the next step.
Is your website secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, you could say it's 300% secure. Here's why: First of all, the site you're visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock to the left of this page's URL is there to remind you). Finally, for payment, we use Stripe, the benchmark for secure transactions on the Internet. In short, you can place your order in complete security.
What payment methods are available?
You can currently pay by credit card and Paypal on our website. We do not accept bank cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.
